What will it cost me to sell my home through Rent and Sell Ltd?
Zilch. NO valuation fees, NO legal fees. We offer you a guaranteed lump sum of cash – which is exactly what you will get. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
How much will you offer me?
Rent and Sell Ltd will buy your property typically at 75-80% of the current market value of your property. The amount we offer is the amount you will get, less any outstanding mortgage or loans on the property.
How long will it take to find out how much you'll give me for the property?
We'll ask you some simple questions about your property over the phone, and give you an indication of the offer. After an appraisal of property in your area and some basic checks, you will receive a formal offer within 24 hours.
What if I change my mind?
There is NO obligation to proceed once you have an offer. You will not be pestered by sales staff.
I'm worried I won't have security if I sell and rent back my home?
We offer you the opportunity to stay in your home as a tenant for as long as you wish. For peace of mind, you will have all the legal rights that tenants have in any rented property.
Do I need a Solicitor?
Yes. As with any property transaction, you will need a solicitor to complete the legal formalities. If you do not already have a solicitor, then we can recommend one. As part of our service we will pay your legal costs on the sale of your property at the time of completion.
Is it a complicated transaction?
No. We will liaise with the solicitor and your mortgage or loan company to take care of all formalities on your behalf.
I don't want the neighbours to know.
The service is discreet and in strict confidence, with no ‘sold' boards on your property.
What if I've had repossession proceedings issued on my home?
We can stop house repossession. In most instances the lawyers will speak to the mortgage lenders and arrange for any loans to be repaid and proceedings halted.
